I’m attorney at law and member of Cracow Bar Association. I advise on company law and intellectual property law / copyright law. I deal with IT contracts, e-commerce and corporate issues on daily basis.
I received my Ph.D. degree at Jagiellonian University in Cracow, Faculty of Law and Administration (dissertation title: “Removal of shareholder from a private company”).
I’m associated with universities in Heidelberg (Germany) and Salzburg (Austria). I’m expert of Adam Smith Research Center, think-tank based in Poland.
I speak German, Polish and English.
Legal support in drafting and negotiations of IT contracts, including implementation agreements, service agreements (SaaS), licensing agreements and agreements concerning transfer of intellectual property rights (e.g. derivative works).
Legal support for companies and partnerships ant their shareholders and directors at every stage (e.g. setting up company in Poland, liquidation). Support concerns i.a. limited liability companies, joint-stock companies and their bodies (shareholder meetings, general meeting, board meetings).
Legal support in drafting contracts and other documents concerning personal data and processing of personal data (GDPR). Support concerns data processing agreement, GDPR audits, transparency obligations, personal data transfer, privacy policy, security policy and cookie policy.
Preparation of documents such as: sterms of use, terms and conditions, preparation of information required to comply with marketing requirements, including sending newsletter, verification and preparation of marketing contracts (positioning contracts, online advertising, industry events).
